A premium digital experience for a K–12 international school, combining immersive motion, thoughtful UX, and a custom zero-framework frontend.
The context
Greenfield Academy is a premium K–12 international school website designed to establish a polished digital presence for an educational institution. The project brings academics, campus life, faculty, events, admissions, gallery, and contact information into one cohesive experience.
The problem
Educational websites need to communicate a large amount of information without feeling overwhelming. The challenge was to create a premium experience that made important school information easy to explore while maintaining strong visual appeal, responsive performance, and accessible interactions.
The approach
The experience was designed around clear information architecture, strong visual hierarchy, responsive layouts, and purposeful motion. Instead of relying on a UI framework, the interface was built from scratch with a custom design system and lightweight vanilla technologies.
The solution
A complete single-page school website was built using HTML5, CSS3, and Vanilla JavaScript, with a custom design system and zero framework dependencies. The final experience includes a cinematic hero section, academics and campus-life sections, faculty profiles, events, testimonials, admissions flow, gallery lightbox, and contact experience — supported by custom animations, 3D card interactions, scroll reveals, counters, parallax layers, and responsive layouts.
Highlights
- Animated typography, live counters, floating UI elements, and dual calls-to-action create a strong first impression.
- Scroll reveals, staggered animations, parallax depth, animated counters, marquee effects, and mouse-driven interactions were built without animation frameworks.
- Academic program cards respond to mouse movement with a custom 3D tilt effect, adding depth to the interface.
